LOH YUNG CHIANG (MELVIN)
Founder/Managing Director
Melvin has more than 20+ years in Aviation MRO beginning from a humble Aircraft Trainee Technician to a Managing Director presently.
He has work experience in various capacity in MRO Operations, Quality, Safety Management, NDT, Continuous Improvements, Projects, Facility Development, etc. He has also involved in various MRO workshop start-ups in both operational and management roles.

Engineering Manager
Kuwabara San came onboard Massly Aero with a strong passion to continue his engineering passion that he has built over the years since the 1980's.

He brought with him priceless engineering knowledge and experience from reputable companies that he was employed prior.

DR. COLIN KOH
Learning, Performance and Growth (LPG) Consultant
Dr. Koh is a current holder of CAAS SAR-66 B1 Aircraft Maintenance License and an avid practitioner of management skills to meet goals and objectives in a fast paced and changing environment in the Aerospace Industry.
From his 50 years of experiences, a good forty years of working experience is in various departments and divisions, starting with Singapore Airlines and subsequently in SIA Engineering company has inadvertently honed his skills in carrying out various relevant management concepts in different contexts.

In leisure, he is also a passionate aviation maintenance lecturer and a Qigong practitioner.
